About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and infrastructure projects across Rajasthan, UP, Haryana.
  • Achieve sales targets for RMU and CSS products in the Rajasthan territory.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, ensuring product suitability.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in Rajasthan.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical switchgear, RMU, CSS, or related power distribution equipment.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear and substations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes.
