About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and infrastructure projects across Rajasthan, UP, Haryana.
- Achieve sales targets for RMU and CSS products in the Rajasthan territory.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, ensuring product suitability.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in Rajasthan.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical switchgear, RMU, CSS, or related power distribution equipment.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear and substations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes.
