- Provide strategic leadership for assigned chapters.

Requirements
- 10+ years of fundraising non-profit experience required.
- 7-9 years of management / leadership experience required.
- Deep knowledge of nonprofit fundraising practices.
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional skill in cultivating relationships with donors, volunteer leaders, board members, and community partners.
