Community Manager

• Analyze community insights, engagement data, and health trends to identify education gaps and needs for the Hispanic CF community and newly diagnosed individuals and families.
• In partnership with internal stakeholders, identify priority topics and help inform strategies to address community education needs related to newly diagnosed and the CF Hispanic community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help align community education efforts and streamline resource development and dissemination for newly diagnosed and CF Hispanic community.
• Ensure Spanish-language materials meet health literacy standards and are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
• Maintain centralized repository of Spanish language materials; track revisions, translations, needed updates, and utilization.
• Support dissemination and equitable access to educational resources across diverse community segments via existing CFF programs.
• Serve on cross-functional working groups to achieve alignment, coordination, and collaboration in support of department and Foundation goals.

Bilingual Community Education Manager

Director

• Provide strategic leadership for the chapter, ensuring the fundraising, financial and programmatic goals are met
• Responsible for revenue goals and operational budgets
• Manage forecasting, and performance measurement and monitoring efforts
• Lead individual giving efforts for the chapter in partnership with the area individual giving officer
• Expectation to identify, solicit, and close major gifts
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward key donors and volunteers
• Implement short and long-term goals to deliver fundraising and expand the chapter’s reach within the community
• Network with CF families, volunteers, donors, community members, and care centers
• Recruit and steward corporate sponsors, volunteers, community members, and donors
• Educate volunteers, donors, people with CF, families, and community members about CF programs and initiatives
• Responsible for compliance with all organizational policies and relevant regulations, proactively managing risks to safeguard the chapter’s reputation, and assets

Executive Director

• Provide strategic leadership for assigned chapters.
• Responsible for revenue goals and operational budgets.
• Foster innovation in programs, volunteer engagement, revenue generation, and change management.
• Manage assigned Individual Giving Officer and collaborate closely with assigned Field Marketing Partner.
• Implement short and long-term goals to deliver on fundraising strategy.

Area Director
