About the role
- Develops deep customer knowledge and relationships to drive client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts
- Is a key relationship owner for low-medium complexity/priority accounts
- Maintains and increases revenue from existing accounts
- Develops and implements go-to-market plans for assigned accounts
- Completes all Account Plans and ensures they are in use by all team members
- Drafts annual price increase process and ensures effective price realization across all products and services
- Ensures strong renewal execution, minimizing cancellations
