About the role

  • Lead the transformation of the global network into a programmable, self-healing, and highly resilient platform
  • Develop and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Network Automation
  • Champion an "automation-first" culture across the organization
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product owners, devops engineers, and software developers
  • Establish and govern enterprise standards for network automation
  • Oversee architecture of a scalable and secure automation platform
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code methodologies
  • Partner with the Cybersecurity team to embed security controls in automation solutions
  • Communicate program's progress to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in network engineering, architecture, and automation
  • Significant experience in a leadership role managing global technical teams
  • Proven experience in a financial services or service provider environment
  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering a large-scale network automation roadmap
  • Deep technical knowledge of WAN, LAN, Data Center, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and DDI
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java/Spring, C#, Terraform, and Git
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of network security principles and compliance automation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
