About the role
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business priorities
- Develop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performance
- Deliver agreed KPIs through a balanced mix of lead conversion, outbound activity and pipeline management
- Manage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and follow-ups
- Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Work closely with Marketing, Service Delivery and Sales colleagues
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
- Consistent achievement of sales targets
- Strong pipeline development and lead conversion experience
- Experience preparing quotations, bids and proposals
- Commercial awareness and margin management
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard IT tools
