About the role

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business priorities
  • Develop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performance
  • Deliver agreed KPIs through a balanced mix of lead conversion, outbound activity and pipeline management
  • Manage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and follow-ups
  • Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Work closely with Marketing, Service Delivery and Sales colleagues

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Strong pipeline development and lead conversion experience
  • Experience preparing quotations, bids and proposals
  • Commercial awareness and margin management
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard IT tools
