About the role
- Drive new logo acquisition across Financial Services enterprises in North America
- Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle (qualification through close)
- Build and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and HR
- Lead complex deal orchestration, including procurement, legal, security, and vendor risk stakeholders
- Manage RFPs, enterprise procurement processes, and commercial negotiations
- Navigate regulated buying environments involving vendor risk, security, and data privacy requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline within Salesforce
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within Financial Services
- Proven track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance in enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organizations
- Demonstrated success navigating RFP processes, procurement negotiations, and enterprise buying committees
- Ability to engage Compliance, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Security stakeholders
- Strong understanding of regulated environments including governance, compliance, and data privacy frameworks
- Excellent executive presence and consultative, value-based selling capability
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene
