About the role

  • Build and sustain deep advisor relationships while maintaining high advisor retention and satisfaction.
  • Support the growth aspirations of advisors/teams through coaching; execute on sales strategy to drive growth within your region.
  • Strategize and execute on teaming and succession planning opportunities.
  • Partner with the sales organization to drive the recruitment of advisors.
  • Collaborate with the LPL Independent Advisor Network Consultants and internal partners to increase awareness/adoption of appropriate tools and resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services experience
  • FINRA Series 7,66 (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a branch manager, associate complex manager or another field-based sales role
  • Ability to travel visiting branch offices and participating in recruit meetings
