About the role

  • own the end-to-end execution and outcomes of Operations workflow transformation initiatives
  • lead the modernization of legacy and manual workflows into scalable, orchestrated, automation-led products
  • ensure transformed workflows are operationally resilient, compliant, and explainable
  • translate business problems into prioritized product roadmaps, features, and user stories
  • serve as the single accountable Product Owner for assigned Scrum teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or program/project leadership
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner within an agile delivery framework
  • strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences
  • AI literacy for product leaders
  • demonstrated experience leading product-driven transformation of existing operational workflows
