- Support and execute initiatives that have a material impact on LPL’s growth and retention objectives
- Develop success metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, and impact
- Track and measure the performance of key growth levers
- Lead data analysis and reporting for assigned growth initiatives
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data, engineering or the liberal arts
- 3-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or wealth management
- 3+ years’ experience in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
- 3+ years’ experience in wealth management
- Strong analytical skills
- Presentation and communication skills
