About the role
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support Wealth Management strategy, including industry trends, competitive landscape, advisor needs, and investor demands
- Synthesize findings into clear insights, implications, and hypotheses to inform strategic discussions and decisions
- Support development of strategic points of view that connect market dynamics to internal capabilities
- Support business cases, prioritization efforts, and investment decisions through structured, strategic frameworks
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and analyses that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
- Serve as a connection point across Wealth Management, Technology, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, product, or a related role in wealth management, financial services, fintech, or related fields
- Experience conducting research and analysis to support strategic or business decisions
- Deep experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights for senior stakeholders
- Self-starter who is organized, attentive to detail, and can successfully manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preference)
- Experience in the wealth management industry (preference)
- Experience working with cross‑functional partners in a complex organization (preference)
