About the role

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support Wealth Management strategy, including industry trends, competitive landscape, advisor needs, and investor demands
Synthesize findings into clear insights, implications, and hypotheses to inform strategic discussions and decisions
Support development of strategic points of view that connect market dynamics to internal capabilities
Support business cases, prioritization efforts, and investment decisions through structured, strategic frameworks
Prepare executive-ready presentations and analyses that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
Serve as a connection point across Wealth Management, Technology, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders

2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, product, or a related role in wealth management, financial services, fintech, or related fields
Experience conducting research and analysis to support strategic or business decisions
Deep experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights for senior stakeholders
Self-starter who is organized, attentive to detail, and can successfully manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preference)
Experience in the wealth management industry (preference)
Experience working with cross‑functional partners in a complex organization (preference)
