About the role

  • Assist the Office of the CWO in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Take a hands-on approach to gathering data from various internal and external sources.
  • Support the Office of the CWO with key project information gathering.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Sr. Chief of Staff and other departments.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Wealth Management industry.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 2+ years’ experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information and initiatives, exercising sound judgment and a high level of discretion.
