About the role
- Day-to-day support of vendor partnership team, key tasks and processes
- Responsible for interfacing directly with advisors about partnership programs, while maintaining a positive advisor and partner experience
- Support in the management of vendor relationships by serving as a point of contact, ensuring strong communication and alignment with partnership objectives
- Operationalize the new partnerships pipeline, track opportunities, maintain accurate records, complete necessary objectives, and support prioritization of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding for new partnerships, including documentation, process setup, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth integration
- Track, measure, and report financial and adoption metrics across all vendor partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to promote collaboration and implement initiatives that drive deeper alignment with partnerships and business and product strategy
- Foster relationships with the emerging technology community, venture capital firms and innovative startups
- Stay up to date on industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to strategic discussions with senior leadership
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within the financial sector, preferably working alongside advisors with financial advisor technology, custodian, broker-dealer or FinTech firms/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology in some capacity or 1+ years of experience within a partnerships function or 1+ years of experience working within the financial technology industry
- A willingness to exhibit curiosity, collaboration, unwavering reliability and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Adept at conducting research and analyzing trends to propose and present strategic thoughts
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, including a demonstrated track-record in managing time-sensitive, complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively educate audiences
- Detailed-oriented
- Adept with Microsoft Office products, especially with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
