About the role
- Own Business Requests and Projects – Owns the Vision, Roadmap, and ROI for the Supervision Data Analytics & Reporting Program.
- Unite business objectives, product strategies, and stakeholder needs into specific actionable strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Supervision Division.
- Develop positive relationships with business partners to understand their changing needs, manage expectations, deliver value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to verify both user story and acceptance criteria for solutions, platforms, reporting and analytics are both functional and sustainable.
- Mentor analysts on quality data sourcing, data models, documentation and Test Case Scenarios, perform Quality Assurance, and obtain Business Unit approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Sciences, or other highly quantitative discipline, plus 10+ years of experience or Master’s Degree, plus 9+ years of experience
- 10+ years of experience developing analytic solutions, including 2+ years leadership role
- 3+ years leveraging Tableau to deliver automated reporting
- 1+ years of experience developing reporting solutions that leverage a data warehouse
- Proficient in at least 1 data analytic language (SQL, SAS, etc.)
