Own Business Requests and Projects – Owns the Vision, Roadmap, and ROI for the Supervision Data Analytics & Reporting Program.
Unite business objectives, product strategies, and stakeholder needs into specific actionable strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Supervision Division.
Develop positive relationships with business partners to understand their changing needs, manage expectations, deliver value-added solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to verify both user story and acceptance criteria for solutions, platforms, reporting and analytics are both functional and sustainable.
Mentor analysts on quality data sourcing, data models, documentation and Test Case Scenarios, perform Quality Assurance, and obtain Business Unit approval.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Sciences, or other highly quantitative discipline, plus 10+ years of experience or Master’s Degree, plus 9+ years of experience
10+ years of experience developing analytic solutions, including 2+ years leadership role
3+ years leveraging Tableau to deliver automated reporting
1+ years of experience developing reporting solutions that leverage a data warehouse
Proficient in at least 1 data analytic language (SQL, SAS, etc.)
