About the role
- Report to the Assistant Vice President, Marketing Solutions-Delivery.
- Manage a team of several marketing professionals.
- Work closely with several LPL advisors and connect regularly to drive retention and advisor satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding new LPL advisors to the digital marketing program.
- Coach your team to develop and implement a marketing strategy for each advisor that is tailored to their target market(s).
- Collaborate with the advisor’s office staff to ensure cohesive messaging and communications.
- Work cross-functionally with design and content teams, as well as compliance to ensure content, brand, and messaging are approved.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs for your team’s advisors, including email CTR, social media engagement, and website traffic.
- Collaborate with internal partners and leadership to drive improvements and support initiatives within Marketing Solutions.
- Work with LPL’s current tools to integrate into the overarching plan.
- Provide feedback and enhancements from the advisors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and digital marketing.
- 1-3 years’ experience with coaching, management or leading a team.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM.
- Solid knowledge of inbound marketing tools, and web management.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, & marketing technology.
