About the role
- Conduct data-driven analysis to create a forms digitization roadmap to maximize the impact of forms digitization to the client experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with partners across business teams, Product teams, and Technology teams to obtain funding on execute on a forms digitization roadmap.
- Coordinate with Product and Technology partners to create execution plans to implement the forms digitization roadmap.
- Create program-level tracking and reporting to drive execution and accountability for forms digitization.
- Coordinate with business teams and Finance partners to track and report on outcomes related to forms digitization.
Requirements
- Prior experience at the nexus of user experience and product management at a financial services firm
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management and execution
- Experience defining and analyzing performance metrics leveraging process design best practices
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills; ability to present to senior management
- Creative, adaptive and an experienced practitioner; with a growth mindset and superior collaboration skills
- Ability to create and stop and see the big picture while also rolling up the sleeves to "get into the details" as needed
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
- Experience in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
