About the role
- Recruiting: initial screening and qualification of applications.
- Conducting screening calls.
- Creating shortlists and candidate evaluations.
- Presenting suitable profiles to management.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Organizing onboarding.
- Tracking and documenting training activities.
- Reviewing and maintaining contracts.
- Maintaining personnel master data in Personio.
- Supporting offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, including candidate pre-selection, screening, and interview coordination.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and contract management.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Knowledge of personnel development and training management.
- Confident use of HR tools and Office software (Personio preferred).
- Structured, proactive, communicative, and trustworthy.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and high resilience/stress tolerance.
