About the role
- Overall responsibility and mandate for the commercial management of a sophisticated real estate portfolio
- Develop, design and implement optimized property management processes and controlling structures at the portfolio level
- Ensure contemporary, transparent rent management including lease origination, adjustments and contract amendments — directly engaging with tenants, owners and executive management
- Manage owner reports and budgets; design management reporting as a control tool for Asset Management
- Proactively prepare portfolio analyses, profitability assessments and proposals for sustainable performance improvements in coordination with Asset Management
- Oversee payment processing, dunning processes and assume responsibility for compliance in lease and contract matters
- Advise the owner side on decision‑relevant processes and contribute to the development and implementation of the asset strategy
- Represent the Property Management unit in interdisciplinary executive meetings and act as an active communication interface to senior management
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Business Law) or completed vocational training
- Several years of proven, confident leadership of commercial real estate or property management portfolios
- Expert knowledge of reporting and control systems, and experience in contract- and tenancy-law due diligence
- Experience building modern controlling and reporting structures
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication abilities
- Passion for innovation, digitalization and sustainable real estate development
- A visionary who regards Property Management as a key function bridging operational portfolio management and strategic Asset Management
