- You record business transactions and are responsible for dunning — including deadline monitoring and, if necessary, directing collection efforts
- You manage and monitor all payment transactions (expected/actual reconciliation)
- You support liquidity planning for individual properties
- You independently prepare annual accounts for condominium owners' associations as well as service charge statements for rental portfolios — digital, structured and easy to understand
- You work closely with our technical property managers, advise them on accounting matters and ensure that commercial and technical property management integrate smoothly
- You are the contact person for accounting queries from owners and advisory boards — competent, solution-oriented and friendly, while assertive in tone
- You prepare data for tax-related analyses and for external service providers (e.g., tax advisors or auditors)
- You help to further digitize and standardize our accounting processes — together with a team committed to continuous progress and innovation

- You have a strong numerical understanding and accounting-oriented thinking comes easily to you
- You work independently, precisely and conscientiously — even during busy periods you maintain an overview
- You are service-oriented and take charge: whether interacting with customers, colleagues or external partners — you remain friendly, professional and communicate clearly
