About the role

  • You take full responsibility for the bookkeeping of our managed properties, with a focus on WEG (condominium owners' association) management
  • You review and code incoming and outgoing invoices (accounts receivable/accounts payable)
  • You record business transactions and are responsible for dunning — including deadline monitoring and, if necessary, directing collection efforts
  • You manage and monitor all payment transactions (expected/actual reconciliation)
  • You support liquidity planning for individual properties
  • You independently prepare annual accounts for condominium owners' associations as well as service charge statements for rental portfolios — digital, structured and easy to understand
  • You work closely with our technical property managers, advise them on accounting matters and ensure that commercial and technical property management integrate smoothly
  • You are the contact person for accounting queries from owners and advisory boards — competent, solution-oriented and friendly, while assertive in tone
  • You prepare data for tax-related analyses and for external service providers (e.g., tax advisors or auditors)
  • You help to further digitize and standardize our accounting processes — together with a team committed to continuous progress and innovation

Requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent business/economics qualification
  • Relevant experience in the accounting department of a property management company
  • Strong software affinity: you pick up new tools quickly, think digitally and work in a structured way — experience with Impower is explicitly desired
  • You are familiar with digital work environments and ideally bring prior experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Impower or HubSpot
  • You have a strong numerical understanding and accounting-oriented thinking comes easily to you
  • You work independently, precisely and conscientiously — even during busy periods you maintain an overview
  • You are service-oriented and take charge: whether interacting with customers, colleagues or external partners — you remain friendly, professional and communicate clearly
Benefits
  • Incentive-based and performance-related compensation package — significant outperformance possible
  • Flexible working arrangements with the option to work from the office or remotely as needed
  • A workload that keeps you engaged while allowing you to achieve your goals
  • We place great value on a socially responsible working environment
  • This includes structure and a team-oriented mindset
  • State-of-the-art equipment: you will work with premium hardware and cloud-based tools — efficient, fast and paperless
  • A genuine feedback culture where you receive constructive feedback that helps you improve
  • E-mobility included: use our internal e-carsharing for appointments or private errands
  • Responsibility & impact: you are trusted, given decision-making scope and the opportunity to actively shape things — in a company that keeps moving forward
  • The opportunity to grow with the company and advance your career
