About the role
- Take on a central key role in building and further developing the People function.
- Design processes, standards and structures in close collaboration with teams and management.
- Develop and implement clear, scalable processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Establish transparent policies and efficient administrative workflows.
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on business, psychology, law or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in recruiting and generalist HR, ideally with experience in building or optimizing processes.
- Highly self-organized, able to set priorities and work in a structured way.
- Self-initiated, proactive and hands-on.
- Empathetic, strong communicator and enjoy working closely with teams.
- Business fluent German and English.
