About the role
- Managing national and international B2B customers in pharmaceutical logistics
- Independently handling and processing customer orders — from order entry to invoicing
- Preparing credit and debit notes
- Organizing and coordinating exports in compliance with GDP/GMP guidelines and applicable customs regulations
- Acting as the point of contact for customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
- Monitoring delivery dates, transport temperatures, and agreed delivery terms
- Diligent maintenance and documentation of all order-relevant information in accordance with pharmaceutical quality requirements
- Actively supporting continuous process improvements in Customer Service and Export
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in freight forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical logistics desirable, particularly in export handling and/or order administration
- Good SAP skills and very good user-level knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills (e.g., French, Dutch, Luxembourgish, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
