About the role

  • Manage, coach, and develop the Originator Success Manager (OSM) team
  • Define and execute proactive, scalable marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain an evergreen marketing content library
  • Create and oversee originator-facing materials
  • Ensure all content is compliant, on-brand, and easy for originators to deploy
  • Own and manage Content.Lower.com
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce.com marketing functionality
  • Provide strategic marketing support to key originator segments
  • Track adoption, performance, and effectiveness of originator marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or growth marketing.
  • Strong experience within mortgage industry, highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, content development, and sales enablement
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com , including administering Flows and Classic Email templates
  • Experience managing marketing platforms, content systems, or digital asset libraries
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
