About the role
- Own Lower’s third-party lead acquisition program end to end
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage lead vendors
- Define and refine lead buying criteria
- Allocate and optimize budgets
- Analyze performance at a granular level
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Credit, and Analytics
- Establish benchmarks and vendor accountability
- Communicate insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or analytics-heavy roles
- At least one year of experience in lead buying or affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical and financial judgment
- Comfortable managing vendors and budgets
- Excellent communicator
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong planning and follow-through
- Experience in mortgage, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
