About the role

  • Own the relationship with local Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across multiple markets.
  • Conduct regular B2B meetings, review program metrics and performance relating to ISPs.
  • Develop improvement plans as needed to meet service and quality goals.
  • Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 years Related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen
  • 3 years Demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to deliver best in class customer experiences through oversight of program metrics.
  • Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g.General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
