Program Manager

• The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of initiatives aimed at improving early childhood environments in Sonoma County.
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of grant programs supporting licensed childcare programs and other child-centered environments.
• Develop and implement program policies, timelines, and guidelines to ensure transparent and effective grant administration.
• Oversee the grant monitoring process to ensure compliance, track progress, and achieve key deliverables.
• Utilize data management platforms such as Submittable and Salesforce to monitor program performance and generate comprehensive reports.
• Identify and assess technical assistance and training needs; develop and implement capacity-building initiatives for staff, consultants, and child care providers.
• Collaborate with city and county agencies to identify potential child care sites and coordinate activities to optimize site utilization.
• Provide fiscal oversight for program budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and contractual obligations.

• This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• The EVP, CEAO leads efforts in communications, policy advocacy, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement to enhance organizational visibility, promote sustainability, and drive racial equity.
• Develops and oversees strategic initiatives to strengthen LIIF’s brand, engage key stakeholders, and align external messaging with organizational goals.
• Responsibilities include leading the development of impactful communications campaigns and cultivating partnerships.
• Advocating for policy changes to support LIIF’s focus areas and driving fundraising efforts to sustain and expand the organization’s programs.
• Ensures a unified voice across all external interactions while inspiring and engaging constituents to amplify LIIF’s impact within the community development ecosystem.
