About the role
- Set up and launch new SKUs on Lovepop Site (Shopify - Lovepop.com) following the merchandising quarterly plan in a timely and reliable manner.
- Write product titles and product descriptions for PDP to optimize SEO for Design sentiment products (with support from AI - ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Optimize product listings: ensure size, price, shipping information, descriptions, images/video/GIFs and other product information are accurate and optimized.
- Update website content, prices, or other information per Marketing/Merchandising needs.
- Ensure proper tagging on all items to drive a proper site experience.
- Partner with different teams to prevent and resolve issues.
- Generate and set up new SKUs in ERP System (Odoo): SKU creation, taxonomy value setup, configure BOM and provide manufacturing-related information.
- Implement and instruct the setting of new products to the Production department and ensure the production system runs correctly through manufacturing workflows.
- Make quick changes to adapt to manufacturing flexibility, programs, and sales campaigns.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in ERP systems or Marketplaces/ E-Commerce platforms is required.
- Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini,..) is a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in processing and analyzing large data (advanced functions, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting...).
- Experience working with large-scale product data tables, SKUs, BOMs,... (thousands of rows), ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Flexible in working time and ability to communicate in English with the US team. (TOEIC 650+, IELTS 5.5+, ect…)
- Ability to iterate and pivot quickly based on feedback and requirement changes.
- Logical thinking, careful, hardworking, patient, and cautious (to ensure the accuracy of figures and texts).
- Love to work with computers.
