About the role

  • Support key operational sales processes, from managing new line forms to onboarding new B2B customers.
  • Maintain and enhance B2B sales reporting and key documents to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and reports to drive sales digitalisation and operational excellence.
  • Assist in preparing annual review meetings, product pitches, and range reviews.
  • Analyse key sales and margin performance data to provide insights for management reviews.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Account Management through internships is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence working with Excel, reports, and project management tools.
  • Structured, proactive, and accountable working style with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Fluent German and English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
