About the role
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to provide data driven recommendations for operational decision making
- Deliver insights into financial performance by identifying trends, highlighting opportunities, and recommending actions to senior finance and business stakeholders
- Support the annual budget and forecasting cycles, taking ownership of various components and developing expertise within our planning tool (Anaplan)
- Partner with the Reporting team during month end to provide commentary on variances while identifying key risks and opportunities
- Drive innovation and automation within budgeting and management reporting to streamline processes, ensuring high data accuracy and quality
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc finance projects to support broader business goals
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (minimum 2+ years post qual)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Organised, task focused and will go the extra mile to get things done
