About the role
- Respond to inbound enquiries and contact prospective learners via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Provide tailored advice on a wide range of qualifications, including Personal Training, Gym Instructor, Sports Massage, and Pilates
- Support prospective students through the entire enrolment process, building trust and maintaining accurate records in our CRM
- Work towards monthly sales targets and performance KPIs with the reward of uncapped commission
- Work closely with learner support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education enrolment is essential
- A genuine passion for the health and wellbeing industry
- A strong interest or experience in Pilates (teaching or personal practice is highly desirable)
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- A highly organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting KPIs
