About the role

  • Design GTM partner CRM programs set up, commission and revenue share models
  • Build partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks for partners
  • Measure revenue efficiency & scale for GTM partnerships
  • Implement partner management platform and integrate with existing GTM stack
  • Create transparent reporting dashboards for partner performance, attribution, and payouts
  • Establish automated workflows for partner commission calculations, payments, and reconciliations
  • Work with Legal and Finance to establish partner agreements and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • At least 2 years building systems from scratch
  • Experience with partner commission models, revenue sharing, and financial operations
  • Strong technical acumen with AI and CRM/PRM platforms (Lovable, Claude, Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, and legal teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments
