About the role
- Design GTM partner CRM programs set up, commission and revenue share models
- Build partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks for partners
- Measure revenue efficiency & scale for GTM partnerships
- Implement partner management platform and integrate with existing GTM stack
- Create transparent reporting dashboards for partner performance, attribution, and payouts
- Establish automated workflows for partner commission calculations, payments, and reconciliations
- Work with Legal and Finance to establish partner agreements and ensure compliance
Requirements
- At least 2 years building systems from scratch
- Experience with partner commission models, revenue sharing, and financial operations
- Strong technical acumen with AI and CRM/PRM platforms (Lovable, Claude, Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, etc.)
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, and legal teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments
