About the role
- Research and identification of creators, influencers, and event organizers in major German cities
- Outreach via Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email
- Build and maintain our creator and partner database
- Support onboarding of new creators and partners
- Assist in building our community before and after launch
- Work directly with the founder and growth team
Requirements
- Student or general interest in startups, social media, or partnerships
- Interest in startups, sales, marketing, or partnerships
- Interest in social media, the creator economy, or the events scene
- Independent and structured working style
- Good German and English skills
- No prior sales experience required — motivation is more important
