Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our app using Flutter (Dart)
• Support backend development (e.g., Node.js microservices, Firebase, Supabase or similar technologies; frontend: Next.js)
• Implement new features and optimize existing functionality
• Technical design and close collaboration with the design and product teams
• Testing, bug fixing and performance optimization

Internship – Flutter / Full Stack Developer

Product Designer

• Louco app design: design and further development of app interfaces in Figma (UI/UX, flows, style guides)
• Website optimization: ongoing adjustments, landing pages, new sections, conversion optimizations (desktop & mobile)
• Creative direction: new ideas for layout, navigation & microinteractions, staying close to current trends
• Ad-hoc designs: fast, high-quality execution of spontaneous ideas
• Brand maintenance: ensure Louco’s look and feel remains consistent and recognizable
• Presentations: design and creation of visual presentations for partners, sponsors and internal initiatives
• Teamwork: close collaboration with the founder, marketing & development — quick coordination, clear ownership

Internship UI/UX Designer

• Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer App mit Flutter (Dart)
• Unterstützung bei der Backend-Entwicklung (z. B. Node.js microservice, Firebase, Supabase oder vergleichbare Technologien, Frontend: Next JS)
• Umsetzung neuer Features und Optimierung bestehender Funktionen
• Technische Konzeption und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design- und Produktteam

UI/UX Designer – Part-time 20 hrs/week

Social Media Manager

• Managing and growing our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Creating and planning creative content (reels, stories, posts, memes, clips)
• Community management and interacting with followers
• Content support for our podcast "Louco Twins"
• Assisting with campaign planning and influencer collaborations
