About the role
- Consolidate and analyze people data by validating information across systems, payroll, and management reports, ensuring reliable data to support leadership decision-making.
- Review payroll by validating calculations, labour charges, and provisions, ensuring legal compliance, financial accuracy, and mitigation of labour risks.
- Control headcount and monitor personnel budget by analyzing staffing, costs, and variances, contributing to greater financial visibility and decision support.
- Manage and optimize people administration processes, including hiring, records, time and attendance, vacations, and terminations, ensuring standardization, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Serve as a technical reference by guiding routines, clarifying doubts, and supporting analyses, contributing to higher quality deliverables and team development.
- Conduct analyses of labour legislation and collective agreements by interpreting impacts and advising on application in HR routines to ensure legal adherence and reduce company risk.
- Support benefits management by monitoring costs, policies, and legal and contractual compliance, ensuring financial control and alignment with internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with the legal department on labour matters by supporting risk analyses, processes, and preparation of information, helping to strengthen the company’s legal security.
- Structure and monitor HR KPIs by analyzing metrics such as personnel cost, overtime, absenteeism, and liabilities, generating insights for more strategic and preventive decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives for the area’s processes by reviewing workflows, identifying opportunities, and implementing adjustments, promoting greater efficiency, traceability, and data quality.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, audits, and legal requirements by monitoring controls and applying area guidelines to strengthen governance and reduce company risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
- Strong experience in People Administration and Payroll (calculations, labour charges, provisions).
- Experience with personnel budgeting and cost analysis (headcount, OPEX).
- Experience with labour charges, legislation, and union relations.
- Experience working in complex environments with high operational volume.
- Expertise in People Analytics (data analysis and consistency).
- Experience in benefits management.
- Experience with labour audit and compliance.
- Advanced Excel and HR systems.
- Expertise in structuring indicators and dashboards.
