About the role

  • Own the demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets and company growth goals
  • Build integrated, multi-channel programs across digital, paid media, events, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies that improve conversion and pipeline velocity
  • Drive qualified pipeline growth and marketing-attributed revenue
  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead management, scoring, routing, and follow-up processes
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance across the funnel
  • Lead campaign development from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Manage paid acquisition, nurture programs, and conversion optimization efforts
  • Use data, attribution, and experimentation to improve ROI and CAC efficiency
  • Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and funnel alignment
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline and revenue
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing channels, attribution models, and lifecycle strategy
  • Experience working closely with Sales and RevOps in a revenue-driven environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions and prioritize investments
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or data-driven technology companies (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience marketing to car dealers (preferred, but not required)
