• Report directly to the CEO & Founder, acting as the senior leader responsible for all B2B strategy, revenue, and operations
• Own the full P&L of the B2B team, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency as we expand into business and government markets
• Define and execute the B2B go-to-market strategy, identifying key verticals, geographies, and partnership opportunities
• Build the B2B playbook from scratch - defining the sales motion, onboarding process, success metrics, and repeatable go-to-market approach

• Manage the B2B Product Manager and a dedicated engineering resource, setting direction on the product roadmap while fostering close collaboration with Loora's consumer product teams to leverage shared capabilities and maintain a cohesive product experience

Data Scientist

• Own the company’s analytics strategy- define core metrics, KPIs, and how success is measured across Product, Growth, and Marketing.
• Lead full-funnel analysis- connect acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to understand and optimize long-term user value
• Act as the primary data partner to leadership and teams- work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape decisions and priorities
• Link marketing spend to revenue outcomes and ROI, and drive data-backed decisions on budget allocation across campaigns and channels.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs (REST and gRPC) that power AI-driven conversational experiences.
• Build and optimize asynchronous Python applications capable of handling real-time audio/text processing at scale.
• Ensure seamless, low-latency integration between mobile and web clients and our AI backend platform.
• Drive technical decisions on system architecture, focusing on low latency and fault-tolerance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, mobile, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that delight our users.

• Define and lead the company’s Web2App strategy optimizing quiz-based funnels to drive high-intent users into the app.
• Run and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels with a focus on revenue-based goals.
• Analyze funnel performance end-to-end to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks.
• Manage $1M+ monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ideate, test, and launch growth experiments quickly.
• Own the data integrity of the Web2App funnel. You will optimize attribution logic and automate workflows to ensure we scale acquisition with minimal manual overhead
