About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, research, and prospect target enterprise accounts across industries with a strong need for English communication and workforce language development, including technology, finance, education, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and more.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, highly personalized outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video
  • Develop tailored messaging and outreach strategies based on each prospect’s industry, workforce, business goals, and language-learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage outbound prospecting workflows and sales engagement tools, optimizing sequences and cadences to drive results at scale.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share market insights, refine messaging, and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets for outbound activity, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach activity, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or another customer-facing role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and pipeline with enterprise organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives engagement.
  • A true hunter mentality with a passion for creating new opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who views every “no” as an opportunity to learn and improve.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and workflows, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to building scalable outbound processes and playbooks.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, language learning, and the future of workplace communication.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience leading or mentoring Sales Development teams is an advantage.
