About the role
- Develop and own the demand-generation strategy and goals
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns to attract and convert prospects
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations for market alignment
- Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and performance analytics
- Manage budget and resource allocation for demand generation
- Lead and mentor a high-performance demand generation team
- Directly own performance marketing and lifecycle marketing efforts
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years in demand generation/acquisition marketing
- 5+ years in a B2B leadership role responsible for pipeline and revenue
- Proven track record of scaling demand-generation programs
- Expertise in digital channels (paid media, SEO, email)
- Marketing automation (HubSpot) experience
- CRM platforms knowledge (Salesforce/HubSpot CRM)
- Deep analytical skills in metrics and funnels
- Strong knowledge of ABM, lead scoring, and buyer-journey optimization
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
