About the role
- have monthly and annual quotas for revenue through a consultative approach
- position and sell across our full suite of solutions
- own a full sales cycle from prospecting to successful handoff to onboarding team
- share market insights with marketing and product teams
- sell to a variety of stakeholders within merchants
- work effectively in ambiguity and shape the playbook
- manage, track, and forecast revenue opportunities in Salesforce & Gong
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
- examples of consistently met or exceeded revenue goals year over year
- experience owning a full-cycle sales motion
- high level of curiosity in sales approach
- ownership mentality
- data-driven decision-making
- examples of cross-functional collaboration
- experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clay, etc.
- ability to articulate sales process and forecasting methodology
- experience maintaining CRM hygiene
- experience with Shopify, ecommerce, or post-purchase ecosystem is a plus
- experience working at a startup is a plus
