- Answer inbound calls from customers wanting information about the reverse mortgage program
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers
- Make 100+ dials per day
- Meet business defined metrics of production
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- 10-key and Soft phone
- Customer service background
- Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product
- Mortgage industry knowledge
- Bilingual a plus
- Organized, performance driven
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
