About the role
- Deliver consultative services directly to clients and build relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
- Ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage of technical solutions focused in Microsoft 365.
- Support the identification and mobilization of a change network for clients and provide change management expertise in the areas of change strategy & planning, communications, training, and user adoption support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand how a technology change will affect their end-users.
- Inform clients of the technology’s full range of features so they can maximize benefits.
- Collect requirements for technology adoption using methods such as one-on-one interviews or leading group workshops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a change management role with a focus on supporting the people side of change in technology adoption consulting.
- Experience with technical implementations and changes including SharePoint and Teams projects.
- Ability to follow established processes to deliver quality outcomes, understand hand-off, and be able to suggest and apply improvements.
- Experience eliciting requirements and creating role-based user requirements and impact assessment documentation.
- Experience creating communication plans and messages, using various communication methods and tools.
- Experience creating training plans and materials including the development of training videos, quick reference cards, Microsoft Forms Quizzes, PowerPoint decks.
