About the role

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and clients
  • Provide professional career and education counselling
  • Promote UK university courses and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Manage daily sales operations and lead follow-ups
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate junior call center agents
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call reports
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high call quality standards
  • Coordinate with the admissions and management teams
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in call center sales / education consultancy / customer support
  • Proven experience as Sales Manager / Team Leader / Call Center Supervisor
  • Fluent English speaking ability (mandatory)
  • English Medium background OR Bengali Medium with IELTS 7.0+ in Speaking
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent phone handling and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working UK office hours
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
