About the role
- Strategic and commercial direction of Camicado's Marketplace;
- Management of performance indicators (portfolio management, take rate, churn, sales, etc.);
- Responsible for defining the 360° strategy (organic and performance campaigns);
- Strategic role focused on boosting Marketplace performance;
- Continuous alignment with peer areas across the company, such as Marketing, IT and Logistics;
- Management and development of the team;
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (GMV, margin, sell-out, conversion, SLA, service level);
- Attention and focus on NPS (internal and external customers);
- Ensure governance of pricing, product mix, assortment and competitiveness;
- Work integrally with internal areas such as Marketing, Logistics, Pricing, Finance and Technology;
- Lead direct and indirect teams, promoting development, engagement and high performance;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes and in the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Solid experience managing marketplaces, e-commerce or digital channels;
- Strong analytical skills, with mastery of KPIs and data-driven decision making;
- Experience in commercial negotiations and strategic partner management;
- Experience managing teams and projects;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools;
- Experience with marketplace expansion projects (seller onboarding, 1P/3P) is a plus;
- Experience in large companies, digital retail or marketplace ecosystems is a plus;
- Experience with commission structures and commercial campaigns is a plus;
- Be hands-on.
