Customer Success Manager

• Map and evolve the merchant lifecycle journey across lead → store and free → paid subscription flows
• Create and test behavior-based communication strategies using triggers, segmentation and personalization
• Design and implement experiments, including A/B tests, journey and offer tests, with control groups
• Identify growth opportunities based on data and prioritize activation and subscription levers
• Build, configure and execute automated campaigns and flows at scale via email, in-app and WhatsApp using CleverTap
• Perform full QA before campaign sends
• Validate segmentations and audiences using queries, filters and business rules
• Continuously improve operations and efficiency of lead acquisition and subscription conversion campaigns
• Monitor CRM metrics and targets via dashboards and datasets, identifying deviations, patterns and opportunities
• Investigate deviations, formulate hypotheses, identify root causes and propose next steps
• Build and refine behavioral and transactional segmentations
• Support data governance and data quality, translating them into actionable insights
• Work on initiatives to evolve tools, integrations, data, automations, processes and CRM activation strategies
• Partner with product, marketing and engineering teams
• Drive the journey from lead → store created → paid subscription, contributing to conversion, revenue and reversing negative net adds
