About the role

  • Manage and process international customer orders from order receipt to delivery, including close coordination with internal interfaces such as Logistics and Production
  • Provide customer support by phone and in writing, including advising customers and preparing quotations, and handling complaints, returns and credit notes
  • Provide proactive sales support to Key Account Managers
  • Independently coordinate and monitor the entire export process, including preparing and reviewing export-related documents (e.g. customs paperwork, certificates of origin, export declarations)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and regulations in customs and export control

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and experience in inside sales/sales support, preferably with export and customs handling experience
  • In-depth understanding of export regulations
  • Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor ERP LN
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Enjoy working with customers and initiating proactive customer contact
  • Independent and structured working style, team player with strong communication skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for beauty products
