• Durchführung und Organisation von Rezepturen im Labormaßstab und den dazugehörigen Stab/-Lagertests
• Auswertung und Dokumentation von Versuchsergebnissen
• Recherche nach neuen Rohstoffen sowie Unterstützung beim Claim Support
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, QS, Marketing, Einkauf, etc.

Customer Support

• Manage and process international customer orders from order receipt to delivery, including close coordination with internal interfaces such as Logistics and Production
• Provide customer support by phone and in writing, including advising customers and preparing quotations, and handling complaints, returns and credit notes
• Provide proactive sales support to Key Account Managers
• Independently coordinate and monitor the entire export process, including preparing and reviewing export-related documents (e.g. customs paperwork, certificates of origin, export declarations)
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and regulations in customs and export control
