About the role

  • Development of natural cosmetic products and product innovations
  • Supporting new products through our manufacturing process
  • Execution and organization of formulations at laboratory scale and the associated stability and storage tests
  • Evaluation and documentation of experimental results
  • Research on new raw materials and support with claim substantiation
  • Collaboration with Production, QA, Marketing, Procurement, etc.
  • Handling and replacement of non-conforming raw materials

Requirements

  • Completed engineering degree in Cosmetic & Detergent Technology, Life Science Technology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a development or QA laboratory in the cosmetics, food, or a comparable industry
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured way, with good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player, reliable, and committed
  • Proficient in MS Office and good command of English
