About the role
- Assesses organizational needs in leadership and management competencies
- Research, design, and author leadership and management learning programs
- Develops and facilitates development and learning resource strategies
- Responsible for current and future Leadership Development programs
- Drives business performance by connecting employees with relevant learning experiences
- Collaborates with all leaders and business partners to develop learning opportunities
- Assists in the development and execution of career path programs
Requirements
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, or MBA preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources required.
- 5-7 Years experience with the facilitation and design of Leadership Education is preferred.
- Previous Learning and Development experience in facilitation, instructional design, and project management preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Publisher and Sharepoint.
- Excellent oral, written & presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Project management and process improvement skills preferred.
