About the role
- Develop, innovate and grow all Payments products and services in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on various Payment channels, products and processes offered by Logix.
- Lead, manage and oversee multiple high priority assignments simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand business needs, design solutions and implement changes.
- Monitor the Payments environment and communicate emerging trends or products to management.
- Analyze Payment program trends and recommend improvements for appeal, utilization, and profitability.
- Schedule and lead meetings and develop test plans and testing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing and/or related fields, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience, or a combination.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees including senior management using excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically, innovatively, and develop tactical execution plans to drive success.
- High proficiency with Microsoft suite of office products.
