About the role
- Customer Support & Relationship Management: You build strong, long-term relationships with our existing customers and ensure they grow successfully with us.
- Project Management: You are responsible for customers' onboarding projects after the contract is signed and ensure they move into implementation as quickly as possible.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: You identify potential within existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities.
- Monitoring & Reporting: You track KPIs, analyze the development of your accounts and derive measures to optimize performance.
- Teamwork & Process Improvement: You work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to meet customer needs as effectively as possible and to continuously improve our processes.
- Customer Feedback & Strategy: You proactively gather feedback, recognize trends and contribute to the strategic development of our accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Management: You have at least 2 years of experience in account management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong Communication: You engage customers through empathy, negotiation skills and professional communication.
- Analytical Thinking: You identify potential within existing customers and derive concrete actions.
- Organized & Self-Driven: You work in a structured, independent manner and take responsibility for your accounts.
- Team Player Mentality: You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to provide optimal customer support.
- Flexibility & Willingness to Learn: You are open to new challenges and continuously develop your skills.
