About the role
- You actively and passionately acquire new customers.
- You handle inbound leads, nurture contacts, and successfully close them.
- You create persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts, and follow up until closing.
- You work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimally meet customer needs and continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a freight forwarding clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau).
- Proven initial success in B2B sales or account management, ideally with software or logistics experience.
- You impress customers with your confident presence and negotiation skills.
- Independent, organized, and with a genuine hands-on mentality.
- A true team player who always keeps customer needs in focus.
- Excellent German and English skills.
